  Aquarium maintenance is the core of our business. While it’s not the most romantic aspect of what we do, it is inevitable that any aquarium will in time, develop unsightly algae and accumulate fish waste. There is a sort of art to cleaning these systems, requiring a discerning eye and implementing a process that is both efficient and thorough.
• Custom Aquarium Design and Installation

  We will work hard to take any project that you can dream up through our design process, and see it through to completion. We work closely with architects and designers to ensure everything exceeds your expectations and use high quality equipment that has proven its value over time.
• Consultation

  If you need a second opinion, are planning a major aquarium project, or would like advice on how to freshen up a display, call us. We will gladly answer any questions you have pertaining to the aquarium hobby. If we feel it requires research or more in-depth discussion, we can schedule a time to meet with you to discuss the matter.
• Aquarium Refurbishing

  Often we get asked on consultation visits what we can do to bring an aquarium system “back to life”. Many times a display can be rejuvenated with nothing more than a thorough cleaning and some aesthetic adjustments. Other times a complete filtration overhaul is needed. Regardless of the scope of the refurbishing job, we can work with your budget to ensure your aquarium system adds beauty and interest to your space.
• Relocation Services

  Neptune’s Window has extensive experience in moving aquariums. Our procedures minimize stress on tank inhabitants, and avoid damage to both the aquarium and your property.
• Emergency Aquarium Services

  It’s an unfortunate fact… Aquarium systems are powered by mechanical components that have a tendency over time to fail. At Neptune’s Window we take a proactive approach of redundancy and proper equipment maintenance to minimize mechanical issues. However, in the rare case that an issue should arise, we are available 24/7 to address your concerns.
• Livestock

  We are in the process of establishing an over 400 gallon coral grow-out facility, from which we can offer our customers high quality, healthy livestock at a great price without impacting the environment with wild-caught specimens.
